Department of Real Estate National University of Singapore
The Department of Real Estate (DRE) in the National University of Singapore is engaged in research projects in three main areas, namely corporate and securitised real estate, institutional and spatial analyses of real estate, and housing research. DRE has been collaborating with the Singapore Cooperation Programme, the UNDP, UNCRD and the World Bank to conduct executive programmes for senior government officials from developing countries.
