Vector Scorecard (Asia-Pacific)
Established since 2006, Vector Scorecard (VSC) Asia-Pacific Group is part of an economic development agency set up and partly-owned by the investment arm of Spring Singapore (under the auspices of Ministry of Trade and Industry). Its focus is to design and deliver capacity building programs for the public and private sectors to enhance a country’s economic and social conditions in the long term. To date, VSC has served more than 150 ministries in over 50 countries in areas such as economic development, hospitality and tourism, SME development and entrepreneurship, e-government and knowledge management, FDIs and many more.
